Terms & Conditions
The terms on which ProGleam Ltd provides its services.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to services provided by ProGleam Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Scotland under company number SC866567. By accepting a quote or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and pricing
We provide quotes based on the information available at the time, including the property type, access, condition and services requested. If the work required is different from what was described, or if access or safety conditions change, we will discuss any price change with you before carrying out additional work.
3. Bookings and access
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, including unlocked gates, clear access routes, safe parking where needed, and any relevant information about the property. If we cannot complete the work because access is not available or conditions are unsafe, we may need to rearrange the appointment.
4. Safety and working conditions
We may postpone or stop work if weather, access, surfaces, electrical hazards, fragile materials or other conditions make the job unsafe or unsuitable. We will explain the issue and agree the next steps where possible.
5. Customer responsibilities
Please remove fragile items, vehicles, furniture, plant pots or other obstacles from the work area where practical. Please tell us in advance about known defects, leaks, loose fittings, damaged surfaces or areas requiring special care.
6. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods and any specific payment instructions will be confirmed with your quote or invoice.
7. Cancellations and rearrangements
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please give us as much notice as possible. We may also rearrange work because of weather, access, safety, equipment or staffing issues.
8. Results and limitations
We aim to deliver a high standard of work, but results can vary depending on age, staining, weathering, previous damage, surface condition and material type. Some marks, staining, oxidation, lichen shadowing or long-term discolouration may not fully remove.
9. Liability and insurance
ProGleam Ltd holds public liability insurance. We take reasonable care when carrying out work, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, weak fittings, failed seals, poor drainage, loose pointing, unstable surfaces or issues not reasonably visible before work begins.
10. Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with any part of the work, please contact us promptly and give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and put things right where appropriate.
11. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
